The Certificate IV in Training and Assessing provides training for qualified workers to become trainers and assessors in their field of expertise.  As with all of our courses, AMLA places a high level of importance on ensuring that all trainees gain the standard of training expected by industry to produce competent, ready for work employees. 

Our courses will also provide support for companies who wish to up-skill their workers by training qualified employees and equipping them to train and assess within their company.
